ANGELA REFLEXOLOGY

I've always been passionate about health, wellbeing and helping others and have spent many years working as a nurse.

From caring for the terminally ill, babies and young families and those suffering with lymphoedema, I came across complementary therapies, including reflexology, and noticed how well they worked alongside conventional medicine.

This is where my interest in reflexology began. Seeing for myself how reflexology benefited those from end of life patients and their families, babies having sleeping difficulties and people living with lymphoedema.

I wanted to begin my reflexology journey by ensuring I was trained to a very high standard. Thankfully I discovered Temple Academy, a recognised reflexology training school affiliated with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). This was important as to become a member of the AoR you have to be trained to a recognised national standard for professional excellence. 

I am now a fully qualified and insured reflexologist and a member of the AoR.

By choosing a reflexologist that is a member of the AoR you can be assured they are trained to a very high standard and are fully insured.
